Jennings Environmental Education Center, Route 528, Brady Township, will host Nature at Night from 7 to 9 p.m. Nov. 4. Registration is required and can be completed at www.events.dcnr.pa.gov. “As the Crow Flies,” a 90-minute presentation about the common crow, will be offered at 2 p.m. Nov. 19. “Naturally Grateful,” family-friendly seasonal walk, will begin at 10 a.m. Nov. 24. Jennings is open regularly from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and on weekends as scheduled. The trails are open daily from sunrise to sunset. Visit www.events.dcnr.pa.gov or call 724-794-6011.

Tours of Preston Park in Butler Township will be offered on Nov. 25, beginning at 10 a.m. The walking tour is available at no cost to township residents and guests. Registration is required and spaces are limited. Call 724-283-3430, Ext. 212.

Succop Nature Park, 185 W. Airport Road, Penn Township, present “Creatures of the Night” at 6:30, 7 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, even in the rain. See costumed nocturnal creatures telling stories, and enjoy crafts and refreshments. Visitors are encouraged to attend in costume. Registration is required, and cost is $10. Nautical Nature, the pontoon boat at Moraine State Park, operates cruises on Lake Arthur at 1 and 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For reservations, call 724-368-9185.

A star party, sponsored by the Amateur Astronomers Association of Pittsburgh, will begin at 6:20 p.m. Nov. 4, weather permitting, at the Nicholas E. Wagman Observatory in Deer Lakes Regional Park near Russellton. Call 724-224-2510.
