The Butler County Heritage Center, the Little Red School House and the Lowrie/Shaw House will be open for tours Saturday during the Butler Fall Festival.

The center, 119 W. New Castle St., will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Food will be available.

The school house, 200 E. Jefferson St., will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Lowrie/Shaw House, 123 W. Diamond St, will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Apple dumplings will be available.

SLIPPERY ROCK — The Slippery Rock VillageFest will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday on Main Street in Slippery Rock.The festival will offer crafters, food vendors, live bands, children's activities, a 5K run and more. For information, call 724-794-2338.

HARRISVILLE — The Slippery Rock and Harrisville volunteer fire companies will hold a cash and gun raffle sportsman's night with doors to open at 5:30 p.m. and the first drawing at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Harrisville Firehall.Participants must be 21 or older. BUTLER TWP— The Butler Dog Training Association will hold a Doggie Fun Day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Alameda Park.
