HARMONY — The annual German-style Christmas Market in Harmony called WeihnachtsMarkt will be Nov. 11 and 12.

The festival features jury-selected crafts and German entertainment, food and refreshments.

Entertainment includes performances by Karl Lukitsch and The Autobahn Band on Nov. 11, and Alpen Schuhplattlers of Pittsburgh’s Teutonia Mannerchor on Nov. 11 and 12. On Nov. 11, attendees can sing carols as the museum’s Christmas tree is lighted at 5:30 p.m.

Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for senior citizens, $3 for students and free for children and provides all-day access to the market, entertainment, the museum and horse-drawn wagon rides in the National Historic Landmark district.

[naviga:h3]Youth to give free concert[/naviga:h3]

PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra will present a concert “Pictures at an Exhibition” at 7 p.m. Nov. 19 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall, 4141 Forbes Ave.

The concert is free but tickets are required and available at www.pyso.org or by calling 412-392-4872.

Tickets also will be available the day of the performance one hour before the concert.
