PINE TWP, Mercer County — A fire destroyed a home on Centertown Road on Friday night.

The state police fire marshal in Butler is investigating the origin of the fire, which caused more than $100,000 in damage to the ranch style home.

Police said the single family home at 517 Centertown Road is owned by Adam L. Coulson, 43, according to the state police.

The Pine Township Engine Company responded to the scene about 9 p.m. Firefighters found the fully involved fire when they arrived.

Crews from Grove City, Springfield Township, and Mercer East End departments also responded to the call, while units from Clintonville, Harrisville, Marion Township, and Stoneboro were called on a second alarm to assist with tankers and man power.

No injuries were reported.

All units were back at their stations by 1:30 a.m.
