PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Pirates have claimed left-handed pitcher Aaron Fletcher off waivers from the Seattle Mariners.

Fletcher, 26, spent most of the 2021 season with Class AAA Tacoma, where he was 4-0 with two saves and a 3.47 earned run average. He had 45 strikeouts in 49.1 innings pitched.

Fletcher also made four appearances with the Mariners during the 2021 season.

The Pirates’ 40-man roster is now full.
