Sentence Court
The following defendants were sentenced March 10 in Butler County Common Pleas court by Judge Kelley Streib.
Heather Ann Kuhrt, 37, of Butler was sentenced to serve 30 to 72 months in state prison after pleading guilty to three drug charges in two cases. In one case, she was sentenced to concurrently serve two 30-to-72-month prison sentences after she pleaded guilty to two felony charges of possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to deliver filed by state police following a March 28, 2018, incident. In the second case, she was sentenced to serve 24 to 60 months in prison concurrently with the other prison term after she pleaded guilty to a felony charge of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver filed by Butler City police following a Dec. 22, 2018, incident.
Becky Jo Zebley, 36, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to serve 12 to 36 months in prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver filed by state police following a July 26, 2019, incident. In addition, she was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation consecutively to the prison term for a probation violation.
Isaiah Daniels Myers, 25, address unknown, was sentenced to serve 12 to 30 months in state prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of trespass filed by state police following a July 5, 2021, incident. In addition, he was given parole for a probation violation.
Anthony Dominic Retone, 21, of New Castle was sentenced to serve 12 to 24 months in the county prison after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charge of former convicts not to possess a firearm filed by state police following a March 21, 2021, incident.
Janet Nicole Greiner, 33, of Petrolia was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison followed by six months of probation, pay a $1,000 fine, and complete eight hours of litter pickup after pleading guilty to charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following an April 12, 2021, incident.
Amanda R. Brommer, 43, of New Castle was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $50 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following a June 16, 2021, incident.
Joshua Erdner, 42, of Gibsonia was sentenced to 12 months of probation and pay a $50 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Middlesex Township police following an April 25, 2021, incident.
Tyler Jack Barkman, 28, of Butler was sentenced to serve 90 days of house arrest followed by 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to charges in three cases. In one case, he was sentenced to six months of probation including 10 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine, and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following a Jan. 22, 2020, incident. In a second case, he was sentenced to serve six months of probation and pay $1,660 in restitution to Metro PCS and a $50 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of criminal mischief filed by state police following a Jan. 27, 2021, incident. In a third case, he was sentenced to serve three to 18 months in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 90 days of house arrest after pleading guilty to a charge of arson filed by Butler city police following a Feb. 27, 2021 incident.
Ashley Morgan McNeil, 37, of Butler was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of statement under penalty filed by state police following an Aug. 26, 2021, incident.
Jeremy Jose Rivera, 31, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to serve three to 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled, and pay $268 in restitution to Walmart after pleading guilty to a charge of retail theft filed by Butler Township police following a May 25, 2021, incident.
Adam Richard Baehr, 27, of Evans city was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 12 months of house arrest, pay a $2,500 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of DUI filed by Butler city police following a Nov. 7, 2020, incident.
Joanie L. Corbett, 43, of Rimersburg was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, pay a $1,00 fine, and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by Butler Township police following an Aug. 21, 2021, incident.
Joseph M. Musick, 54, of Butler was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation including 45 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $1,150 and pay $5,650 in restitution after pleading guilty to charges in two cases. In one case, he was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation, 30 to 90 days in prison with immediate parole to serve 45 days of house arrest, and pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license filed by Adams Township police following an Aug. 8, 2020, incident. In a second case, he was sentenced to concurrently serve two 12-month terms of probation, six months of house arrest, pay fines totaling $150 and pay $5,650 in restitution after pleading guilty to charges of attempted theft by deception and unsworn falsification to authorities filed by Penn Township police following a May 27, 2020, incident.
Jeffrey A. Criswell, 37, of Butler was sentenced to serve six to 23 1/2 months in prison, but immediately paroled after being given credit for 118 days of incarceration, and pay $72 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of resisting arrest filed by Butler city police following an Oct. 12, 2021, incident.
Adam Matthew Will, 42, of Butler was sentenced to concurrently serve two 12-month probation terms and pay fines totaling $100 after pleading guilty to two charges of disorderly conduct filed by Butler Township police following an Aug. 22, 2018, incident.
Steven Lee McCardle, 30, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 14 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $1,225 and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and two summary traffic violations filed by Butler Township police following a June 24, 2021, incident.
Justin Michael Angerett, 30, of Butler was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including six months of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine and complete alcohol highway safety school and litter pickup after pleading guilty to his second DUI charge filed by state police following a March 6, 2020, incident.
Heather Michelle Blair, 52, of Butler was sentenced to serve consecutive terms of 45 days and 60 days of house arrest followed by two consecutive six-month probation terms, pay fines totaling $1,250 and complete eight hours of community service after pleading guilty to her second DUI, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license filed by state police following a July 14, 2020, incident.
Tyler Walter Allen Smith, 24, of East Brady was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by state police following an Aug. 10, 2021, incident.
Rachel Marie Roman, 42, of Charleroi was sentenced to serve a total of 16 months probation after pleading guilty to charges in four cases. In one case, she was sentenced to serve eight months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler County detectives following a March 5, 2019, incident. In a second case, she was given no penalty after pleading guilty to a charge of retail theft filed by Butler city police following a March 5, 2019, incident. In a third case, she was sentenced to consecutively serve eight months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault filed by Butler city police following an April 22, 2019, incident. In a fourth case, she was sentenced to concurrently serve eight months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office following a June 17, 2021, incident.
