A Penn Township man was held for court at a Nov. 24 preliminary hearing on charges alleging he sent a text message containing a link to sexually explicit photo to a woman who had a protection from abuse order against him.

Paul D. Hancheck, 33, was ordered held for court by District Judge Sue Haggerty on misdemeanor charges of dissemination of explicit sexual material via electronic communication and harassment filed by Middlesex Township police. He is free on unsecured bail.
