Charter Homes & Neighborhoods announced that a new, locally owned business will join The Crossroads at Meeder in Cranberry Township in 2021.

Construction is underway on Coffee Brake at Meeder. The shop will open next year, joining Recon Brewing as the first two Crossroads businesses at Meeder.

To celebrate, the team from Coffee Brake will be on-site at Meeder giving away free cups of coffee and cookies from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, National Coffee Day.

Located in Cranberry Township off the intersection of Route 19 and Rochester Road, Meeder is located on the site of the former Meeder Homestead.

Last year, the Meeder Barn and family farmhouse were preserved and dedicated back to the Meeder family as part of Charter’s efforts to incorporate what came before into the new neighborhood design.
