VENANGO TWP — A two-vehicle accident just before 7 a.m. today on Slater Road produced no serious injuries, according to police.

A passenger car and SUV were involved in the crash.

Butler EMS sent an ambulance to the scene at 7:40 a.m., but there has been no word on the number of passengers involved or their conditions, said Frank Matis, director of county emergency services.

State police expect to file a full report later today.
