Garret Banner struck out 15 while allowing just four hits in a complete-game effort to lead East Butler to a 5-0 win over Karns City in Butler County Area Baseball League play on Thursday.

Isaiah Lucas doubled and drove in two runs for East Butler (7-5). Trevor Gilliland tallied two base hits and two RBI. Seth McCrea added a pair of singles.

Nolan Riley singled twice for Karns City and struck out eight in five innings on the mound.
