Keith R. Hindman
Keith R. Hindman, 69, of Butler, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021, while under the care of Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born June 23, 1952, in Butler, he was the son of the late John Hindman and Joanna Bissell Hindman.
Keith was employed as a roll grinder at AK Steel in Butler, and retired in 2014 after approximately 42 years of service.
His passion in life was cars, and especially his 1969 Camaro Z28. He also enjoyed model railroading and kept an H.O. model layout set up all year around.
Above all, Keith's family was of utmost importance to him. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
Keith leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 46 years, Francine “Frankie” Hindman, whom he married on May 8, 1976; his brothers, Buddy (Carol) Hindman, Bucky Hindman and Dennis (Gert) Hindman, all of Butler; and his numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by his daughter, Korrin Kae “KK” Hindman, who passed away on Dec. 8, 2014; and his sister, Eileen Hindman.
HINDMAN — Friends of Keith R. Hindman, who died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021, will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday at Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew, with Keith's brother, Pastor Dennis Hindman, officiating.
The family strongly suggests wearing a mask during the visitation and service times.
Keith will be entombed at the Chapel of Devotion Mausoleum at the Butler County Memorial Park.
Keith would prefer any donations be made in memory of his daughter to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 333 E. Carson Street, #441E, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
