Frederick Loyal Parquette

Frederick Loyal Parquette, 95, of Butler, passed away Thursday at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born Oct. 25, 1921, in Liberty Township, Mercer County, the son of the late John and Frances (Young) Parquette.

Frederick was a veteran of World War II and served in the U.S. Air Force.

He retired from Wendell August Forge as a sander after 40 years of service.

He was a member of First Church of God in Grove City.

Surviving are his daughter, Marjorie Parquette, of Butler; four grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, a son, and his three brothers and two sisters.

PARQUETTE — There will be a private service and burial for Frederick Loyal Parquette, who died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017. Arrangements were entrusted to Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.For more information, go to www.youngfuneralhomes.com.
