Shirley M. Lehman

Shirley M. Lehman, 85, of Mars, formerly of Burgettstown and St. Clair, passed away on Saturday morning, Jan. 2, 2021, at Valencia Woods Nursing Center.

Born April 20, 1935, in Appleton, Wis., she was the daughter of the late Al and Hazel Wagner Rehfeldt.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Ethel.

Shirley was a graduate of Appleton High School.

Shirley took care of the family as they moved across the United States. Ultimately, she and her husband, Richard, settled on a beautiful farm in Burgettstown. Here, she could be found tending to her garden and playing cards with friends and family. She thanked God for all that she had, and attended church every Sunday as a devoted Catholic.

Her family thanks God for all the wonderful memories over the years.

She was a member of St. Kilian Church in Cranberry Township.

She was the beloved wife of her high school sweetheart, Richard C. Lehman, whom she married on June 16, 1956; two daughters, Deborah Tucker (Joseph) of Florida, and Becky Stewart (John) of Virginia; two sons, Joseph Lehman of Mars and Jeffrey Lehman of West Alexander; and her grandchildren, Jeni and Ellen Hipple, and Lori and Julia Lehman.

LEHMAN — All services for Shirley M. Lehman, who died Saturday, Jan. 2, 2021, will be held privately at McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.

Burial will be in Holy Savior Cemetery, Richland Township.

Memorials and donations may be made to St. Kilian Church, 7076 Franklin Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066.
