SRU's Chambers Athlete of Week
SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University junior forward D’Asia Chambers has been named PSAC West Athlete of the Week.
Chambers helped SRU’s women’s basketball team snap an 18-game losing streak dating back to last year by scoring 16 points and grabbing 13 rebounds in a 68-57 win over Lourdes.
She also handed out three assists and blocked a shot.
