Supervisors approved a number of items Monday night at the township meeting, including:

- Preliminary and final approval of the Kaclik Rolling Hills plan, which divides a roughly 2-acre lot into two lots at the intersection of Hutch Road and Rolling Hills Lane

- A trail revision in the Cypress Fields development along Davidson Road to attach a planned trail to an existing trail

- Distributing $75,567 to Adams Area Fire District and $37,783 to Callery Volunteer Fire Company in foreign fire tax from the state

- Projected minimum municipal obligations for 2021 pension plans amounting to $182,931 for police and $49,758 for employees

- Payments of $164,768 in police and $50,549 in employee minimum municipal obligations for 2020 pension plans

- Releasing $205 in escrow and $3,010 in performance security to Soul Tribe

- Releasing $592,866 to Sunrise Acres plan developers.
