Sandra Ann Huey

Sandra Ann Huey, 81, of Butler passed away on Sept. 18, 2019, at Newhaven Court in Butler.

Sandra was born Dec. 28, 1937, in Bradford, Pa., the daughter of Kenneth Walborn Sr. and Edna Bloomster Walborn. Her family moved to Saxonburg shortly thereafter.

Sandra was a graduate of Butler High School in 1955, and attended Grove City College for 10 days, after which she decided she already knew all she needed to know.

Sandra worked at the Forcht Motor Co. and then GMAC, both in Butler.

Sandra was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church for over 56 years, and was very involved in various church activities. Sandra was also a past worthy matron of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Jerry R. Huey, whom she married June 29, 1963; her daughters, Johanna (Steve) Napoletan and Jeryl (Bob) Emigh; her granddaughters, Gabrielle (Rob) Parker and Jordan (Matt) Jurysta; her grandsons, Jared, Zach and Nathan Emigh; and her great-grandchildren, Rory and Gavin Parker, and Theo Jurysta.

Sandra is also survived by a brother, Kenneth (Ruth Ann) Walborn Jr.; her sister-in-law, Joan Master; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; and a great-grandson, Graiden.

HUEY — Family and friends of Sandra Ann Huey, who died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 120 Sunset Drive, Butler, with Pastor Joel Benson officiating.
