Rexanne Schwadron

Rexanne Schwadron, 82, of Mars passed away in the embrace of her family March 25, 2021.

Born Rexanne Schneider in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Estol Klare and Mary Lee Orr Schneider, and was one of six children.

She grew up in Mars and graduated from Mars High School.

She and her wonderful husband, James R. Schwadron made a beautiful, lifelong home in Mars.

They raised three children, Timothy (Karla) Schwadron, Corry Schwadron and Nikki (Michael) Finan.

She adored her grandchildren, Kimberly and Edward Schwadron, Hank and Gabrielle Finan, and Kerry Finan (Chris) Ryan; and her great-grandchildren, Ellie and Charlie Ryan.

Rexanne proudly worked many years as secretary to the principal at Mars High School, until her retirement. She was once a semi-pro bowler, and was an amazing, creative decorator.

She and Jim enjoyed many summers relaxing and boating at Indian Lake with family and friends.

Left to remember Rexanne are her husband; her children; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her beautiful sisters, Jerry Lynn Black, Mary Lou Swaney and Pam Wissel; and many loving nieces and nephews and their families.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, David and Richard.

SCHWADRON — Arrangements for Rexanne Schwadron, who died Thursday, March 25, 2021, are under the direction of Ball Funeral Chapel, Pittsburgh.

Rexanne’s family respected her wishes and no visitation or funeral will be held.
