Alice L. Mignanelli
Alice L. Mignanelli, 88, of Zelienople passed away Monday. The daughter of Joseph Omer and Augusta Henrietta McConnell Trimble, she was born on Jan. 6, 1928, in Zelienople.
A dedicated and faithful parishioner of St. Gregory Catholic Church, Mrs. Mignanelli was a member of the Parent Teacher Guild, served on the Altar Society and was a past president of St. Anne Guild, where she held membership for 64 years. She was a graduate of Zelienople High School. An avid reader, she enjoyed listening to music, growing flowers, but above all, spending time with her family.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Phyllis M. (William) Martinek, Elaine K. Giles, Gregory A. (April Householder Mignanelli, Michael J. (Jennifer) Mignanelli, James A. Mignanelli, Mary A. (Brian) Bible, Robert E. (Tracy) Mignanelli and Pamela J. Hayward; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Michael) Halahurich, Valissa, Michael, James (Nichol), Jason (Nancy), Philip (Amanda), Maggie (Jeremy Thompson) and Angela Mignanelli, Kaitlyn and Emily Sprole, and Brandon, Justin and Cameron Hayward; her great-grandchildren, Hannah and Joshua Halahurich, Braden, Kaylie, Dominic and Dean Mignanelli and Tanner Thompson, and her sisters-in-law, Arlene and Helen Trimble.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Andrew J. Mignanelli, who passed away on March 28, 2016; her infant daughter, Jennifer; her son-in-law, Millard E. Giles; her brothers, Howard, Kenneth, Joseph and Richard Trimble; her sisters, Ethel Wahl, Dorothy Curry, Gladys Harter, Viola Boros, Della Barton, Ellen Trimble, Kathryn Cunningham and Betty Lou Sapienza.
A loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she will be dearly missed and always held closely in her family's hearts.
MAGNANELLI — The family of Alice L. Mignanelli, who passed away Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2 W.
