WOLF CREEK TWP, Mercer County — A Grove City man faces several charges after he allegedly admitted to fondling a 9-year-old girl on numerous occasions, according to a police report released Saturday morning.

James Allan Willis, 71, is charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors by state police in Mercer.

In addition to his admission of fondling the girl repeatedly between Nov. 25 and Jan. 20, police allege Willis also admitted to exposing himself to the girl on at least one occasion.

Willis is in the Mercer County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
