A May 20 wedding is being planned by Jennifer Bish and Russell Neely, both of Kittanning.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Paul and Joann Bish of Templeton. The mother of the prospective bridegroom is Pearl Palmer of Sunnyview Home.

The bride-elect is a 1982 graduate of Dayton High School. She is self-employed.

Her fiancé graduated in 1987 from Butler High School. He is also self-employed.
