An April 8 wedding is being planned by Lisa Voit of Meridian and Mick Kendrick of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dennis and Jennifer Voit of Sarver. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Wade Kendrick and Sharon Walker, both of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 1995 graduate of North Catholic High School; a 1998 graduate of Butler County Community College, earning an associate of arts degree; and a 2001 graduate of Geneva College, receiving a bachelor of science in human resources. She is currently pursuing a master of science degree in organizational leadership at Geneva College. She works as the marketing coordinator for Armstrong in Butler.

Her fiancé is a 1994 graduate of Karns City High School. He also attended Butler County Community College and Edinboro University. A veteran of the United States Navy, he works as the assistant supervisor at Glade Run Lutheran Services in Zelienople.
