Rhonda Paynter

Rhonda Paynter, 62, of Butler passed away on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021.

She was born Nov. 21, 1958, in Butler, and was the daughter of Bonnie Scheerbaum and the late Donald Jackman.

Rhonda grew up around horses. She excelled in training and riding.

Her interests included cooking, movies, music, and quality time with her family and friends.

She was loved and will be greatly missed.

Rhonda was the mother of Joseph Schlereth, Heather Day, David Furka, Richard (Autumn) Zapp Jr. and Amanda Zapp; and the cousin of Brenda Reott.

She is also survived by three brothers and two grandchildren.

PAYNTER — All services for Rhonda Paynter, who died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021, will be held privately at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

A public celebration of life gathering will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the American Legion Post 117, Butler.
