An Aug. 12 wedding is being planned by Ashley Bier of Renfrew and Adam Benjamin of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James III and Deborah Bier of Renfrew. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Tom and Sallie Benjamin of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School. She is currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

Her fiancé is a 2001 graduate of Butler High School and a 2005 graduate of Grove City College. He works at Keystone Ridge Designs in Butler.
