An Aug. 12 wedding is being planned by Alison Larimore and Vance Perry Jr., both of Richmond, Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Donna Larimore of Karns City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Vance and Joan Perry of Richmond.

The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She works for Richmond Public Schools at John B. Cary Elementary School in Richmond.

Her fiancé graduated in 1988 from Benedictine High School and in 1997 from West Virginia University. He works for Venturescapes in Richmond.
