An Aug. 5 wedding is being planned by Abby Amon of Stoneboro and Andy Schermerhorn of Harrisville.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Virgil and Jane Amon of Stoneboro. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Gary and Grace Schermerhorn of Harrisville.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Lakeview High School. She is employed at U.S. Investigations Services in Grove City and works as a floor manager at IZOD at Prime Outlets in Springfield Township.

Her fiancé is a 2001 graduate of Franklin High School. He works at Montgomery Truss in Grove City.
