Smith, Nimmo
A July 1 wedding is being planned by Megan Smith of Butler and Lance Nimmo of New Castle.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jay and Nancy Smith of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Bob and Joan Nimmo of New Castle.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School and a 2004 graduate of Butler County Community College, where she received an associate's degree. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in health and physical education at Slippery Rock University. She works at the YMCA in Butler.
Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from Laurel High School and in 2003 from West Virginia University, earning a bachelor's degree in finance. A former football player with the NFL, he is currently employed as a financial advisor with UNIFI in Pittsburgh.
