Klugh, Pemper

A March 24 wedding is being planned by Lisa Pemper and Josh Klugh, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ed and Bonnie Pemper of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Samuel Klugh of Butler and Jeff and Val Simon of Sarver.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Knoch High School and a 2004 graduate of Robert Morris University. She works at Shaler High School in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé graduated in 1997 from Knoch High School and in 2004 from the Community College of Allegheny County, South Campus. He works at the Chestnut Ridge and Tom's Run golf courses in Blairsville.
