Quality EMS names new exec director
MARS — Conrad Pfeifer will take over as executive director of Quality EMS of Mars later this month.
Pfeifer has more than 30 years of experience in public safety as both as a paramedic and law enforcement officer. Pfeifer also brings a background in corporate management to Quality EMS.
A full-time police officer with Middlesex Township, Pfeifer hopes to remain on the force as a part-time officer pending a township supervisor vote and approval. He said he will leave his full-time position with the police department and start his new post at Quality EMS in mid-September.
Quality EMS of Mars was established in 1994 and provides advanced and basic life-support services, emergency transport and nonemergency transport services for Adams, Forward and Middlesex townships and Mars, Callery, Valencia boroughs.
