Butler County Commissioners award 911 contract
The Butler County commissioners this morning awarded a nearly $10 million contract to Motorola to install a new 911 emergency call system.
The system needs replaced due to a 2018 deadline when Motorola, which maintains the current system, will no longer provide hardware or software support for it.
