Toy, Stouffer

A July 7 wedding is being planned by Dawn Stouffer of Cowansville and Bradley Toy of Worthington.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Barry and Debbie Stouffer of Cowansville. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Jay and Robin Toy of Worthington.

The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Kittanning High School. She works for IDL in East Butler.

Her fiancé also attended Kittanning High School and graduated in 2002 from Lenape Vocational-Technical School. He works for Oberg Industries in Freeport.
