Zandarski, Neff

A Sept. 30 wedding is being planned by Etters residents Michelle Neff and Joseph Zandarski.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Larry and Kay Neff of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are David and Frances Brown of Lorain, Ohio.

The bride-elect is a 1993 graduate of Butler High School; a 1997 graduate of Slippery Rock University, earning a bachelor's degree; and a 2000 graduate of Duquesne University, receiving a master's degree. She works for UCP of South Central Pennsylvania in York.

Her fiancé graduated in 1990 from Highlands High School and attended Slippery Rock University. He works for the commonwealth of Pennsylvania in York.
