Merchant, Hahn
A. Oct. 28 wedding is being planned by Amanda Merchant and Ryan Hahn, both of Hadden Township, N.J.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of George II and Judith Merchant of Petrolia. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are John and Carol Hahn of Johnstown.
The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of Karns City High School, a 2000 graduate of Washington and Jefferson College, earning a degree in biology; and a 2002 graduate of Arcadia University, earning a master's degree in genetic counseling.
Her fiancé graduated in 1994 from Bishop McCort High School, in 1998 from Washington and Jefferson College, earning a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry; and in 2004 from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He works as a pediatric resident at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey and has accepted a fellowship in the Pediatric Intensive Care at Rainbow Babies Hospital in Ohio.
