McDonald, Wiest
A July 2008 wedding is being planned by Christine McDonald and Matthew Wiest, both of Brooklyn, N.Y.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Randall and Jill McDonald of Butler and the late Barbara Andreassen. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Michael and Toni Wiest of Baltimore.
The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Pocono Mountain High School; a 2001 graduate of Kutztown University, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in art education; and a 2005 graduate of Walden University, where she received a master's degree in elementary education. She works as an elementary art teacher for the New York City School System.
Her fiancé graduated in 1994 from Rabat American School in Morocco; in 1998 from Northwestern University, earning a bachelor's degree in philosophy; and in 2002 from New York University; earning a master's degree in elementary education. He works as a first-grade teacher in the New York City School System.
