Leah Meshanko

Leah “Shelley” Rochelle McElravy Meshanko, 71, of Chicora died Sunday, Feb., 7, 2021, at her home surrounded by her friends and family.

Surviving are her daughters and families, Tracy and Martin Hamel of Contrecoeur, Quebec, Canada, Trish and Chad Zediker of Greensburg, Buffie and Mathew Dittman of Chicora, and Anna Meshanko and Pierre Pinson of Clarion; two siblings, William (Lois) McElravy and Joseph (Sharon) McElravy; 12 grandchildren, Vivianne Hamel, Kaitlyn, Ava Jo and Caleb Zediker, Georgia Sweeney, Logan Dittman, Gage, Lylah and Zelda Bowser, Hunter Weincek and Tycen and Blair Pinson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph P. Meshanko.

Meshanko — A private family memorial service will be announced later for Leah “Shelley” Rochelle McElravy Meshanko, who died Sunday, Feb., 7, 2021.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hile Funeral Home of Chicora.
