Mangel, Conley

A Sept. 29 wedding is being planned by Pittsburgh residents Gina Conley and Dan Mangel.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lou and Dee Conley of Pittsburgh. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Richard and Virginia Mangel of Butler.

The bride-elect attended Brashear High School and the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. She is employed by the UPMC Health System in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé attended Butler High School, Clarion University and the graduate program at the University of Pittsburgh. He works for Westinghouse in Monroeville.
