Police boost DUI checkpoints for holiday weekend

State police will perform added DUI enforcement through the holiday weekend.

The department announced the efforts in a statement Wednesday.

“The checkpoints and enforcement will be conducted on roadways determined to be problematic with DUI offenses in order to safeguard motorists travelling through Butler County,” the statement said.
