AMANDA SHEPPECK (Knoch), a member of the Grove City College softball team, had two hits, scored two runs and drove in another in a 7-4 victory over Chatham College in the first game of a doubleheader Thursday. In the nightcap, Sheppeck went 3-for-4, including a two-run homer, in a 9-5 triumph.•

LAUREN PENNELL (Seneca Valley) picked up a pair of victories in a softball doubleheader victory for Grove City College over Chatham College Thursday. Pennell allowed two unearned runs in four innings in a 7-4 victory, then pitched 4X\c innings of relief in Game 2, tallying six strikeouts and one earned run in a 9-5 victory.
