Butler County Community College won the Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association women's volleyball championship Saturday in Philadelphia.

The Pioneers (22-4) defeated Montgomery County Community College 3-0 in the state title match. Scores were 25-22, 25-21, 25-15.

Seneca Valley graduate Sarah Beals and Karns City grad Ashley Campbell earned all-state honors.

Beals had 14 kills and four blocks while Campbell had eight kills and four blocks. Kelli Davis added 20 assists, Rachel Doutt had six kills and Danielle Lloyd had 16 digs.

BC3 took on the Point Park JVs Monday in its final home match of the season.
