HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania’s 14 state-owned universities and the union representing their athletic coaches have reached tentative contract agreement.
The State System of Higher Education said Friday the pact covers about 400 coaches represented by the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties.

The universities are in Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock and West Chester.
