SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University’s men’s and women’s soccer teams remain nationally ranked this week.

The Rock men (7-1-1) have moved up to No. 14 and have shut out their last three opponents. Mars graduate Josh Brake is a member of SRU’s defensive unit that ranks eighth in all of NCAA Division II with a goals-against average of 0.53.

The Rock women slipped to No. 24 after a 2-1 road loss at No. 25 Gannon. Mars graduate Crysta Ganter has a goal and three assists this season.
