LifeFlight transported Cody Lucas Swager, 28, of Cabot, to a hospital from the scene of a motorcycle crash at about 4:45 p.m. Monday on Route 422 in Clearfield Township.

According to a news release from the state police, a Buick Verano sedan was turning left into the westbound lanes of Route 422 when it was struck by Swager driving a Kawasaki motorcycle. The crash ended up near the Lick-N-Putt on Route 422, right before the Armstrong County line.

The driver of the sedan, Braidon Cole Wolfe, 18, of Kittanning, was not injured in the crash. Both vehicles were disabled, according to the news release.

State police, East Butler Volunteer Fire Department, East Butler Ambulance Service and Herman Volunteer Fire Company responded to the scene.
