SLIPPERY ROCK — The Slippery Rock University men’s and women’s track and field teams have earned All-Academic honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

The Rock men’s team posted a collective grade point average of 3.21 last year while the women’s team posted a 3.24.

SRU individual track and field athletes gaining all-academic honors — posting a GPA of 3.25 or higher — are Morgan Elliott, Trevor Miller and David Reinhardt from the men’s side, Sabrina Anderson, Julia Cain, Tara Catone, Jenny Picot and Sam Taylor from the women.
