Stephan, Hilscher

A July 19 wedding is being planned by Janelle Stephan of Valencia and Jay Hilscher of Mars.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Clete and Colleen Stephan of Valencia. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Jay and Colette Hilscher of Mars.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Mars High School and a 2006 graduate of Clarion University. She works at Eden Christian Academy in Wexford.

Her fiancé graduated in 2002 from Mars High School and in 2007 from Geneva College. He works for Aethon in Pittsburgh.
