Welter, Filges

An Aug. 23 wedding is being planned by Butler residents Dayna Filges and Timothy Welter Jr.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Darrell and Sherry Filges of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Timothy and Lori Welter of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Butler High School. A student at Butler County Community College, she is employed at Home Depot.

Her fiancé graduated in 2003 from Karns City High School. He is self-employed.
