Hackbarth, Foust

A Sept. 13 wedding is being planned by Amber Foust and Bob Hackbarth, both of Bruin.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Edward and Barbara Foust of Parker. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Robert and Kimberly Hackbarth of Bruin.

The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of A-C Valley High School. She received a degree from Lenape School of Practical Nursing in 2008 and works at Primary Health in Petrolia.

Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from Karns City High School. He received his bachelor's degree from Clarion University in 2002 and works for USIS in Boyers.
