Allen, DuBois

An Aug. 9 wedding is being planned by Karlene DuBois and Michael Allen, both of Allison Park.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Peter and Kathleen DuBois of Youngstown, Ohio. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Richard and Kathy Allen of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. She received a bachelor's degree from Kent State University in 2003 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in 2006. She works for the Physical Therapy Institute in Washington.

Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from Butler High School and in 2003 from Slippery Rock University. He received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from SRU in 2006. He is employed by Capital Healthcare Solutions in Pittsburgh.
