Monica Clements and Phillip Halper

An August 30 wedding is being planned by Monica Clements and Phillip Halper, both of London, England.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Saundra McCabe-Austin of Butler and Stephen Clements of Boulder, Colo. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Michael and Stephanie Halper of London.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Davidson Fine Arts School in Augusta, Ga., and Webster University Conservatory in St. Louis, Mo. She is a Yoga and Pilates instructor in London.

Her fiancé has a master's degree from Southampton University. He is a senior trader for the Royal Bank of Scotland.
