Jennifer Horwat and John Fitzhenry

An October wedding is being planned by Jennifer Horwat and John Fitzhenry, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Steven and Denise Horwat of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Eileen Fitzhenry of Pittsburgh and the late Jack Fitzhenry.

The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Butler High School. She earned her master's degree from Carlow University and teaches kindergarten at The Campus School of Carlow University in Oakland.

Her fiancé graduated in 1997 from Seton LaSalle High School and earned his bachelor's degree from Duquesne University. He owns Custom Fitz Siding and Windows in Pittsburgh.
