Wanda Lea Farren
Wanda Lea Farren, 59, of Havelock, N.C., passed away Oct. 5.
She was a licensed practical nurse who worked her entire life as a nurse, most recently at Cherry Point Bay for the last five years. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing pool in the American Poolplayers Association. She was a caring soul with a special place in her heart for her cats. Wanda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and family member who will be missed.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Randy Farren; her grandson, Jasper Farren; her sons, Danny Farren of Havelock, N.C., and Ben Farren and his wife, Hollie, of Havelock, N.C.; her brothers, Kevin Lascuola, Frank Lascuola and his wife, Ann, Jim Lascuola and Eric Daughtery; her sisters, Terri Houston, Linda Threatt and her husband, Jimmy, and Sonya Neff and her husband, Leo; her sister-in-law, Donna McQueeney; her godmother, Rose Heckert; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Lascuola; her mother, Hope Lascuola; her brothers, Thomas “Gary” McQueeney, Douglas McQueeney and Michael McQueeney; and her brother-in-law, Howard Houston.
