SAXONBURG — The South Butler Community Library, 240 W. Main St., will host a free Medicare session, “Medicare Made Clear,” from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday.

Becky Stallsmith of Financial Essentials will present the often confusing and overwhelming topic of Medicare in an easy-to-understand way.
